Holistic Approach Ltd has successfully been inspected and awarded an Outstanding status for at least one of three homes from 2018 to 2022 by The Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted)
Social Care Training and Workshops
We offer a range of mandatory and supplementary social care training to enhance and exceed the Quality Care Standards. Training can be provided to front line staff, foster carers and Managers.
These courses are delivered by experienced trainers and practitioners who have been directly working with children and young people over the last 20 years.
Training packages can be designed and delivered to meet the individual and bespoke needs of the funding organisation.
Social Care Consultancy
Holistic Approach Services provides a range of consultancy packages which may include: Independent persons Regulation 44 Inspections Clinical consultation and supervision for Registered Managers and or owners of children’s homes, Pre-assessment and Post Ofsted evaluation and action planning to ensure that any issues surrounding good and best practice in children’s’ homes are addressed.
Advice and guidance surrounding safeguarding policies, procedures and practices. Independent safeguarding investigations in line with safer working practices and support surrounding ‘Allegations Against Adults’ working with children and young people.
Bespoke and flexible packages of consultancy are available to meet the needs of the funding organisation.
Residential and Support Services
Holistic Approach Services offers Residential Services for children from the age of 7 years old, up until their 19th birthday.
We have residential homes for children and young people and accommodation for 16 years plus. Our support services encompassed Independent Living Skills and Outreach.

The Multimedia Centre
This centre will provide a unique experience to the user, they will be able to film, sing, play instruments and record all of these activities under one roof.

Young people have exceptionally good relationships with staff. Staff sustain positive attachments with young people who have moved on. At the time of the last inspection, staff were supporting a previous resident with her university application.
