Supporting organisations to further embed the National Minimum Standards and promote the introduction of the ‘Every Child Matters’ framework covering England and Scotland.

Then, now and beyound

In 2014, training and consultancy continued with increased demands from organisations requesting independent visits, coupled with the official branding of the service Holistic Approach Limited registered with companies house in December of this year along with the acquiring of its first children’s home.

2015 was another good year for Holistic Approach with the growth of the service and the acquiring of its second home.

This year the organisation has made key appointments which has further cemented the ethos of the company. The path is clearing for better things to come ……..join US

…Reaching Beyond and Looking to the Future

We have now reached ‘the beyond’ we planned for back in 2016.

Our team have worked tirelessly to achieve Outstanding inspections from OFSTED for both of our Children’s Homes in 2018, and in 2019, this has continued through to our first inspection for the year, achieving an Outstanding status.

Achieving ‘Outstanding’ inspections and acquiring our third home

In 2019, HA Ltd’s objective is to continue to reflect the hard work put in to achieve an Outstanding inspection to further develop our training and consultancy drive and increase the demand from organisations requesting independent visits.

2019 was another good year for Holistic Approach with the growth of the service and the acquiring of its third Children’s Home.

It was the Best of Times, It was the Worst Of Times…

What a year. The country and the world has faced one of the darkest times in the modern era.

Fortunately, with good planning, and a team who have worked tirelessly to keep the children and workforce safe, since March 2020, Coronavirus has caused very little interruption to the children, the children’s homes and the staff at Holistic Approach.

It Was the Age of Wisdom, It Was the Epoch of Belief

Throughout 2020, the pandemic offered the team at Holistic Approach the unforeseen, yet welcomed, opportunity to use the unconventional time of lockdowns’ to go back to basics, and build even stronger relationships with the children and other members of staff, and further refine our Outstanding safeguarding of the young people, the leadership of our team, and the aims and objectives across the service.

Despite the unusual events of 2020, it was another good year for Holistic Approach, with the growth of the residential care, social care training and Regulation 44 services.
