Brian Lewis

Managing Director

Director of Holistic Approach Services: Consultancy Training , Reg 44 Visitors and Responsible Individual for the Residential and Support services.

Brian has a range of professional qualifications and experience in strategic management and has worked within the care sector for over twenty years fulfilling a number of roles which involved working directly with young people and providing support to organisations to raise the quality of service they provide.

Brian is a committed and passionate individual who continually strives to achieve positive outcomes for those who work with him and young people within his care.

Nick Poole

Quality Assurance Director & Safeguarding Lead

Consultancy, Training, Independent Reg 44 Visitor, Safeguarding Lead for Residential and Support Services, overseeing Holistic Approach Referrals & Human Resources.

Nick has 25 years of experience of working directly with Looked After Children with EBD, CSE, LD,ASD, PD, SHB and Complex care.

Positions held include Registered Manager, Responsible Individual and Independent Social Work Consultant supporting and training front line staff and managers caring for Children and Young People.

Carrying out independent regulatory inspections for children’s services and private providers of children’s homes

Young people enjoy consistency of care and thriving relationships with the staff. Young people continue to make very good progress in many areas of their development due to receiving well-planned care from a consistent staff team. Social workers are highly complimentary of the care and support provided to young people.
