Nick has worked in the social care sector for over twenty years in a senior capacity starting off as a registered manager/ area manger to being appointed Director of Holistic Approach Services to ensure operations are consistent with current standards of practice and legislation.
Her directorship within Holistic Approach Ltd is to oversee Social Care Training, Consultancy, Reg 44’s and Resources for Organisations Who Work With Young People. Nick’s remit will be to review the effectiveness of the organisational operational systems, procedures and the abilities of managers in order to meet these objectives. Nick will also assist the Managing Director as part of the Senior Leadership and Management Team in developing and improving the range and quality of services provided.
Nick is an experienced trainer and holds a number of qualifications, ranging from the DipSW qualification in social work, Trainers Trainer qualification (Level 3 Award in Education and Training) in designing and delivering training courses to Residential Care Workers and Manager’s, Trainers Trainer in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (behaviour Support and Management programme) B.I.L.D accredited, the Trainer’s Trainer Qualifications for Safeguarding Children and Young people, Trainers Trainer in CSE Awareness and Trainers Trainer in Quality Standards and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 to mention but a few.

Brian Lewis
Managing Director
Brian has worked within the care sector for over twenty years, fulfilling a number of roles which involved working directly with young people and providing support to organisations to raise the quality of service they provide.
As Managing Director of Holistic Approach Services and providing Consultancy, Training , Reg 44 Visitors and Responsible Individual for the Residential and Support services, Brian has a range of professional qualifications and experience in strategic management. Brian is also an experienced trainer and holds the Trainers Trainer qualification (Level 3 Award in Education and Training) as well as a Diploma in Social Work. Brian also holds an A1 Assessors Award to support candidates completing diploma 3 and 5 working with children and young people and has BA Hons in Business with combined studies.
Brian has provided independent advocacy for young people and completed independent regulatory inspections of local authority and private children’s homes, providing advice, guidance and training. He is a committed and passionate individual who continually strives to achieve positive outcomes for those who work with him and young people within his care.
