It is with pleasure that we announce that Nick Poole has been appointed Quality Assurance Director at Holistic Approach Ltd. Nick has been with the organisation since February 2016 and previously worked as Quality Assurance Manager within the organisation.
However, Nick has become as established and known member of the wider social care training community and is well versed in Quality Assurance procedures, Regulatory Visits and Ofsted regulations for improving outcomes for young people.
Nick has spent over 25 years working with Looked After Children and as a Registered Manager of Children’s Homes since 2000, brings a considerable level of knowledge and expertise to her new position as Quality Assurance Director. Holistic Approach Ltd are pleased that Nick has accepted this appointment and know she will represent the company well and will contribute much to enhance how we serve Looked After Children within the community.
