We just wish to share how proud Holistic Approach Ltd are of all of our amazing young people, along with the brilliant staff we have, who have worked tirelessly with our young people to obtain another overall Ofsted Outstanding Provider rating, for our children’s homes for 2017/2018 and 2018/2019.

A Team Committed To Be An Ofsted Outstanding Provider

We are lucky to be in the top 19% of children’s homes providers in the North West whom have achieved this fantastic rating out of the 509 registered children’s homes.

Achieving the overall Ofsted Outstanding Provider rating has been possible, primarily due to our dedicated staff, teams and managers, who embraced systematic changes within the organisation following the 2017 (SCCIF) for the inspection of children’s homes. All of the staff working within the organisation have remained passionate about the care and well being of our young people, ensuring that we celebrate the strengths, talents of our young people and how far they have come from their starting points.

Despite the challenges that residential child’s homes are faced with, the Quality Assurance Director and Managing Director Mr Brian Lewis are pleased that “…all those children living in our homes and those working in the organisation have been able to share sustained improvements to the lives of children they are working with, through highly effective planning that manages the risks inside and outside of the home.”

Research informed practice continues to develop from a strong and confident base, which staff and managers have implemented in practice, making exceptional differences to the lives and experiences of children.

We would also like to say thank you to the parents of our children, and to those external local authority professionals and commissioners whom have worked in partnership with us.

Through our consultations and sharing of best practice with other children’s homes providers, we have been able to support others in showcasing how they also provide ‘Outstanding’ overall experiences and the progress of children and young people, how well children and young people are helped and protected and the effectiveness of leaders and managers.
